Q. How many tables can I play at one time?
A. There is no limit on how many ring tables or tournaments you can play at once.
Q. How do I find which tournaments I have registered for?
A. You can find a list of your registered tournaments by going to the My Tournaments treebranch in the lobby.
Q. How do I switch to mini view mode?
A. To operate in mini view mode, click on the mini view icon (located in the top right area of the poker table). Your game will open in a reduced size, perfect if you're playing several tables at once.
Q. How do I switch to full screen mode?
A. Click on the Options button at your table and select Enable Full Screen Mode. The game will automatically adjust to fill your screen.
Q. How do I change my avatar?
A. Click on the Options button to choose your avatar. Choose from a variety of three-dimensional characters.
Q. How do I enable player voices?
A. To give the avatars speech, click on the Options button and check Player Voices in the audio settings. You will be able to hear each avatar at your table as they check, fold, and place bets.
Q. How do I enable dealer voice?
A. For dealer speech, click on the Options button and check Dealer Voices in the audio settings.
Q. How do I change my location?
A. Click the My Account button in the lobby (Or, open the Cashier and select the My Account tab). Choose 'Settings' from the left and change your location. You also have the option of not showing your location.
Q. How do I review my hand history?
A. There are two convenient ways to access your hand history. At the poker table, click the History button on the lower left to view hand history for that table.
To access your entire archive of hand history, go to the My Account section of the Cashier and select Cash Table History or Tournament History.
Hand history is stored as an XML file on your hard drive.
Q. Where are my player stats?
A. Your player stats can be accessed by clicking the Stats button, located at the lower left side of the poker table. Clicking this button will open a statistics window with an overview of the hands played in the table during your current session. (Note that player stats are not stored.)
Q. How do I add buddies?
A. At the poker table, click on the name tag of the player you wish to add as a buddy. Check the Your Buddy option. A "handshake" icon will appear next to the player's name to indicate that they are a buddy.
Q. How do I write player notes?
A. By clicking the player's name tag you'll be able to enter a short note about the player. You'll always be able to distinguish players for whom you've already made comments by a stapled note on their name tag; the complete note will be displayed when you hover over the player's name tag or avatar.

A. Bonus Dollars are the funds that you can earn by accumulating Poker Points.
Q. How do I earn bonuses?
A. Bonus dollars are accumulated as you deposit money and play poker. They are converted to real money and added to your balance automatically as you accumulate points. You can view your bonus dollars in the “My Account” section in the Cashier.
Q. What is the VIP program?
A. The VIP program is a way of recognizing and rewarding dedicated poker players. A higher VIP level offers you faster points accumulation, more frequent cash-outs of points, and entry into exclusive VIP tournaments and games, among other benefits.
