Some Hansa Poker players may have recently experienced connection difficulties during a cash game or tournament. iPoker are responsible for maintenance of the game servers and are aware of the connection issues experienced by some of our players, as well as players on a number of other iPoker skins. They are currently investigating the cause and aim to rectify this issue as soon as possible. We pass on their apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this connection stability issue.
If you were disconnected during a hand recently and you feel that this disconnection may have cost you money, we are happy to submit requests to iPoker for compensation on your behalf. All reports submitted shall be thoroughly reviewed by our customer service team, including a detailed review of the hand in question, before being submitted. We will also determine the amount that we believe you are entitled to in all the circumstances and credit your account accordingly, provided that iPoker agrees to compensate you after a review of your request.
