Player to Player Transfers

HOW TO DO INTER ACCOUNT (Internal Player to Player) TRANSFERS You can transfer funds from your Hansa Poker account to a friend's Hansa Poker account though the cashier easily by following these instructions.

STEP 1: CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO ENABLE OPTION By default, you will not be allowed to transfer to other Hansa Poker players. This option must be enabled by our customers support team. If not, your transfer requests will be rejected. Simply click here to contact customer support. If you email, provide your screen name, email address, six digit Hansa Poker username and a request that they enable player to player transfers on your account.

STEP 2: OPEN THE CASHIER

STEP 3: CLICK ON THE MY ACCOUNT TAB

STEP 4: CLICK ON "Player Transfer" IN LEFT COLUMN

STEP 5: ENTER THE AMOUNT, NICKNAME & EMAIL ADDRESS OF RECIPIENT

STEP 6: CHECK AND CONFIRM THE DETAILS THEN PUSH OK (or cancel if incorrect)
