When you use your credit card at Hansa Poker, the transaction will show up on your card statement as 'AQUAPAY LONDON ' to each debit or credit.
All Customers
- We accept MasterCard, Visa credit, Visa debit, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo cards.
- At sign up stage, you will be allowed to a maximum deposit amount of 200 units. Once your account has been verified by our security department, you may be upgraded to 1000 units (at management discretion).
- Once your cumulative deposits total reaches 1000 units, you will be required to send in documents such as Front & back copies of card/s used + Photographed id (such as a passport or driver’s license + utility bill (not older than 3 months)+ signed fax back form. Your deposit limit will then be upgraded.Once you reach an additional deposit total of 3,000 units, you will be required to sign a deposits statement which should then be returned prior to any withdrawal release.
- Your deposit limit will then be upgraded further.The card must be under the account holder's name. We do not accept card deposits in joint accounts.
- To make a card deposit online, login to your account and click on 'Cashier'. Select your card type from the deposit options list.
- All refunds must be paid back to your original credit card up to the amount of your deposits first (Except mastercard customers*). Any balance after this can be paid via any other withdrawal method. Please see withdrawals section for further details.
- *Mastercard do not currenly permit withdrawals to be taken via credit card for any country. Mastercard customers should therefore select an alternative method.
- Customers from the prohibited list must also select an alternative method.
- We maintain and operate our business in a safe and secure environment under strict licencing requirements. This requires customers to be put through our online Identification & Verification systems. You may be required to send in additional identification if we cannot verify all your details online.

Please note that for the protection of our customers we record all computer IP addresses. This enables our Internal Fraud Department to trace activities and pursue investigations in the event of fraudulent activity taking place.
In respect of any deposit made by you, you agree that you will not make any charge-backs, and will reimburse the company for any charge-backs you make and any loss suffered by the company as a consequence. The company may, at its sole discretion remove the facility to certain account holders who are paying deposits using credit cards.
